Our One Year Guarantee ensures your lasting satisfaction. At Landau, our costume jewelry is backed by an unparalleled One Year Guarantee (sale and promotional items excluded). This guarantee is the foundation for a long lasting relationship with you, our customer. The exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry ensures that each piece stays as beautiful in the future as it is on the day you receive it.
We use the highest quality synthetic stones which will stand the test of time. We apply heavier layers of gold than do less expensive pieces, which are merely "washed" with gold. Our gold-tone pieces will not tarnish or discolor. If you have any problem with your jewelry, we will offer you a replacement (if available), a store credit, or, in some cases, repair the item (please note that minaudieres, pillboxes, handbags, belts and scarves are not covered under our One Year Guarantee).
The One Year Guarantee applies to design and manufacturer defects only. All Moissanite, Silvadium and Karat Silvadium must be sent to the "Moissanite Repair Center" using a Moissanite Repair Center Authorized Repair Envelope. Envelopes are available at any Landau boutique or by calling our customer service dept. at 610-433-4114 ext 26.
All 14k products purchased in one of our stores must be returned to our Repair Department using one of the repair envelopes from one of our stores. No credit or exchange will be given at the store.
